Go to Messages or use the message icon in My Learners. You can send text and attachments (up to 8 MB).

What should I do if a learner reports an issue?
Go to Reported Issues. View the issue details, add comments, and select a resolution action. Issues must be resolved before payment is released.

How can I offer discounts to specific learners?
In My Learners, click the offer price icon next to a learner’s name and set discount percentages for lessons, group classes, or packages.
